Download inotify headers

Important: Before downloading the headers from here, please check whether your distribution really needs them. First try to compile your project. If it fails (with "file not found") go into /usr/include/sys and look for inotify.h. If the file is present you probably don't need to download anything.

Although the inotify headers can be downloaded from their original location, the easier way is to download them together from here:
